Heavy rain 60+ miles offshore but as soon as it hit the cooler water temps to the east it went POOF. I see another Dec 1988 and winter of 1989 again that was super warm.

Just like every month of the year in my part of FL since 2011. Just hotter as the years go by.

Severe storms in the area Monday with a confirmed tornado in the parish to my west. I got over two inches of rain (I hadn't had over an inch in a single day since Hurricane Nicholas in September).

Cooler than expected yesterday with a high of 50F, the coolest max of the season so far. Stayed overcast with some showers overnight. Got up to 66F today. 70's and with humidity coming back tomorrow.

FL we can expect, but not how warm rest of the country has been.
