I think of "mild" as not cold so, something like this

mild: 59-68°F
warm 68-77°F
very wam: 77-86°F
hot: 86°F
if the humidity is low (dewpoints < 60 or so), replace 86°F with 90° or so

for night:

mild: 45-55
warm: 55-63
very warm: 63-70
hot: 70+

Anytime:

Mild: 50-65
Warm: 65-75
Very Warm: 75-85
Hot: Anything above 85

The reason why I threw 50 in as mild is I can be in a sweatshirt and shorts or pants and not be shivering as long as I am already used to cooler temps.

Mild: 60s
Warm: 70s
Very warm: 80s
Hot: 90s and up

Night: anything higher than 65 is too uncomfortable for me

I would say...

Day
----

Cold: < 10 C / 50 F
Cool: 10 - 15 C / 50 - 59 F
Mild: 16 - 20 C / 61 - 68 F
Warm: 21 - 27 C / 70 - 81 F
Hot: > 27 C / > 81 F

Night
-----

Cold: < 5 C / < 41 F
Cool: 5 - 10 C / 41 - 50 F
Mild: 11 - 15 C / 52 - 59 F
Warm: 16 - 20 C / 61 - 68 F
Hot: > 20 C / > 68

Note that these ranges take into account wind chill and humidity. Also note that these ranges are based on what I'm used to in my climate -- if we have an 18 C / 65 F overnight low forecast everyone says what a warm night it's going to be, whereas most of you probably wouldn't consider that an especially warm night. So it's all relative -- I've experienced 26 C / 79 F overnight lows overseas and didn't find it 'hot' as it was still comfortable to sleep in.

Daytime: (Subtract 20 degrees for Winter, 70F is cold in the Summer but feels like Heaven in the Winter)

Mild: 74-83 degrees

Warm: 84+ degrees

Hot*: 110+

*I'm rarely ever hot, mostly every time I've been hot the heat index was over 110 and I was doing a lot of activity and was thirsty/tired (ex: theme parks in Central Florida and walking around all day).

Nighttime:

Mild: 67-76 degrees

Warm: 77-83 degrees

Hot: 84+ degrees

I know how it feels to sleep in low-90's, I love heat but it's not fun at all.

Mild to me is a rather narrow band between cool and warm.

Daytime:

Cool: 15-19C
Mild: 19-24C
Warm: 24-30C
Hot: 32C+

Nighttime:

Cool: Under 6C
Mild: 6-15C
Warm: 15-23C
Hot: 23C+

location: Cebu, central Philippines - tropical climate
mild : 82°F(28°C) day / 70°F(21°C) night
warm : 86°F(30°C) day / 73°F(23°C) night
hot : 94°F(34°C) day / 77°F(25°C) night

notice how close the difference is between hot and mild? since the difference between january and july temperatures in my place is only 3°F so our body is acclimatised to only a short range of temperature.

btw it rarely gets to 96°F here and anything lower than 82/70 day/night is cold for me!

For me, currently living in central highlands of Brazil, it is:

Mild - Day 64-73F Night - in the 50's
Warm - Day 74-85 F - high 60's
Hot - Day 86 and plus - above 70 F

If I were back to NY or Mexico City, the answers would have been very different.
