Entry level Engineering design is what I am currently aiming for. Most are not in NJ. In fact, many are in Dallas, Florida, North Carolina, Seattle, or Michigan. A few really good GE opportunities with awesome pay are in Albany, which is the one I am hoping to get because I am familiar with most places along the Hudson valley region and their expectations satisfy my qualifications and interests.

I've had Canadian pennies as change on several occasions. One time, at my local gas station, I got a Bermuda coin talk about lucky!

Lol! How much is the rent at your place? £200 a month?

I agree. You should ride the Greyhound here some time. Very cheap way to travel, but with the cheapness comes some unpleasant characters. City buses here aren't too bad, at least the ones I've ridden in
I took a Greyhound from Tallahassee to Huntsville, AL back in late October. And I agree 100%. Never been so uncomfortable in my life, and I used to take the city bus in Miami all the time...

It's £330 in this place. It's quite an old building. But it's in good condition and a fair bit of space.

FKing hell, my water heater failed to work today, and I had to shower in 50 F water .

For the past few hours, I am bundled up in a sweatshirt and shivering uncontrollably. Additionally my fingers and toes are frozen numb, and I can barely feel them. The indoor temperature is 62.5 F even with the heat on, and my body has never felt so cold in years.

Nope. Two bedroom, good sized lounge, large kitchen. It' just in a building that's about 150 years old and converted into flats. Everything works fine though. The buildings on Google Earth.

Consider yourself lucky. In Leeds, you'd need to fork out at least £700 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment unless you rent in some sh*tty chav estate.

Really. Crikey that sounds desperate. I live near the middle of town here, in a nice area. Then again there aren't any bad parts of Buxton really. Climate/weather aside it's one of the best towns to live in in the country.
