Hi,

Can anyone share any information on living in this community? It is located just East of 95 on Crystal Way in E Delray Beach. It was a condo conversion in 2005.

Thank You

Smile Bahia at Delray

I'm a mortgage broker and I did a loan for a buyer at Bahia @ Delray. It went through fine; they got a great deal and are happy there.

Email me if you want further info. It's in a good area too.

the apts there are very subject to flooding. I have a friend who rented there and her apt flooded and was filled with mold and it took 6 months of fighting with the management for them to move her into another condo. Buying is safer because it is within your control. But flooding problems DO exist there and she lived on the 2nd floor.

I don't know about the flooding and never went to see these but when I was looking for a rental there were many listed on realtor.com and other sites. Have you thought of renting first to see if you like it before buying?

I own at Bahia and have never had any flood issue! I am on the 1st floor, how can you have a flood on the 2nd floor?!
