reading delray's crime log (neighborhoods, school, live in)

let's say you could live in a cottage on school square. would this crime make you scared? i'm not too scared. is that nuts? it has cultural things to walk to in an affordable neighborhood and the a rated public gifted program isn't far away and to get that costs less. The only drawback appears to be all of these police calls. It seems like a lot of calls to the same addresses. a prostitution call on Federal N of atlantic, hmmmm

I think you should check out the neighborhoods I was talking about first before signing anything. You still seem kind of shaky in your decision. It's a good area, but like many places east of 95 it is spotty as far as crime.
But if it fits what you are looking for then I guess the final decision is up to you.

I would be on the lookout for robbery, auto theft, burglary. Anything else isn't too savory to be around, but probably won't affect someone who isn't "part" of a shady element.
