Jersey Mike's is coming soon to the Commons! A permit is on file with Berkeley county and I believe it will be the end unit in the building next to Ledo's.

Good news. I've been hoping for more food options in The Commons, especially on that end cap.
Inspired by a special piece from Good Day DC "National Cheesecake Day" 1/2 off today. If you're near one and can remember. Closest one I can think of is at Dulles Town Center.
I love Hooters food and beer specials. Not sure if they are growing though considering they've hit a couple of rough patches lately. I think they're hanging in there, though.
I would also take Twin Peaks. Similar to Hooters but with more of a mountain hunting lodge feel.
Anyone know when the Starbucks by Blaze pizza will be ready? I haven't heard anything about it in a while and am curious
I drove past over the weekend and they still seem to have a lot of work to do on the interior. The walls looked bare and I didn't see any furniture/equipment in there yet.
The exterior probably won't require much work aside from signage, but I don't see any work even started yet on the drive through area (curbs, paving, etc.).
I'm hoping for a solid tenant lineup for the middle two spaces. The building looks great and should be highly marketable...but I can almost guarantee we'll see a cell phone retailer in there...MetroPCS doesn't have a store yet on the southern end of town.
Grand home furniture moving into Bon Tons old space
