Yeah, I just checked into that today and had an auction company here checking everything out. They seperate everything, pack everything, auction it all off and I get paid the next day via cashier's check. When they told me what I could expect out of it, I almost had to take a nitro! WOW, I should have done this long ago!!!
Well, I just got off the phone with the realtor who informed me the couple who wants the house cannot get financing therefore... the escrow has fallen thru. This will definitely delay my returning to West Virginia.

That's funny because I think I actually have a little tackle box somehwre with a mess of that stuff in it, lol. I'm not sure where it came from, I just remember seeing it a few weeks ago.
