Ladies, any suggestions for good nail salons and hair salons in White Plains/Valhalla? I'm trying to ditch my current hairdresser in Brewster and moving to WP will be my perfect out but I have no idea where to start. Also my budget is going to be tight so I'd prefer places that are relatively inexpensive. (i.e. under $150 for a cut and color or a $10 manicure)
