Hey everyone,

My significant other and I are looking at a property near the quarry in Tuckahoe (the one by Marbledale Road). We are looking on Lincoln ave so we won't be right on top of it but we were wondering if there were bug or any other issues we should be aware of. I've read through a lot of resources online including presentations posted by the town of tuckahoe regarding waste levels in the quarry but haven't been able to find anything addressing this specific issue or other potential issues living on quarry. So if anyone has some insight into this quarry or living around a quarry generally I'd love to hear from you!

Thanks!

Thanks!
I sit on the benches there all the time with a cup of coffee in the morning. I don't notice any unusually high big activity. As far as pollution/toxicity I cannot say.
