One of my friends (one is a pediatrician the other is a psychologist/researcher) wants to move to East Westchester (e.g., Larchmont, Harrison, Rye) and would like to move into a community largely comprised of Latinos. They would like to send their sons to private school or to a high rated public school system with large percentage of Latinos/Persons of Color in their staff and within the student population. I can understand the desire to want their children to connect culturally with staff and students.
I've lived in this area for a while and I have yet come across such a community or school system-- we live in one of those towns and send our daughter to a private school and I believe she is the only person of color in the entire school (staff and student population included). Does anyone know of such a community? I am sure they would be open to other towns in Westchester.
Another district that may work is Pelham. Its Hispanic student percentage isn't as high(still almost 16%), but the Hispanic population is more affluent and the Hispanic teacher percentage is the same as of 2018-2019 info. https://data.nysed.gov/profile.php?instid=800000034999
Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow has a large hispanic community, some of whom are upper middle class. I know that's not eastern Westchester, but it's still worth considering if this is important to your client.
You can find student enrollment data at the NY State website. The search function in the upper-right hand corner is very easy to use. This isn't the full population of a town but it at least gives the student demographic breakdown.
Mamaroneck incorporates Mamaroneck & Larchment. As a whole, it's 20.8% Hispanic/Latino students.

Check out the Western side of Greenwich CT, where a natural population of immigrants from Port Chester have moved after accumulating wealth; there are also a number of wealthy South Americans that have moved into this area in recent years. However, these schools are also the lowest ranking in Greenwich because of comparative demographics.
