You keep paying the bill, they will keep cashing your check. Vote with your checkbook, as I feel safe in saying that they really don't care about anonymous rants on a message board.

Personally, I find Charter to be extremely reliable, and fast.

Depends on where one lives, the cable strung in that area, and whether one is after cable TV or just slightly faster internet...

I live in Waynesville, but Charter's cable is a mile below us, down the road; it will not 'get to me' in my lifetime. So, we have few options other than sat TV and a local, but well done, semi-high speed wireless internet.
