Finally going to visit - what part of town do I stay in?

I'd personally stay out of downtown as I'm not a huge fan for many reasons. Biltmore area has some very nice places plus you've got Grove Park Inn which is one of the better places in the state. You can always Uber to downtown to eat and check out breweries and shops.

Here is the update.

- Loved the area, the mountains and views.
- Great downtown with very good food and tourist traps.
- Did some hikes, went to see The Biltmore, stuffed myself silly, bought some t-shirts, did the walking tour.
- Loved the vibe and chill-ness.


- Also spent an afternoon in Black Mountain town. Super nice. Loved that area also.
