I see a future for him as an executive or in the banking industry.

His only mistake was not stealing enough to meet the minimum requirements to be "too big to fail."

This seems fake.

Why would a manager interview at 1 AM in the morning. Two, why would he have a safe open and unlocked. It should be closed at all times.

I'm thinking the manager stole the cash or they're in it together.

Just noticed that small detail I had missed.

Maybe they were romantically involved and the ex-employee was stopping by for some late night fun. The manager left the office for a minute, and the guy stole the cash and ran!

Doesn't say if the manager is male/female
