As for who in that company might be on this board and reading this they already well know what's going on in that shop. I will not again be exposing myself to the hate and harassment there. It will never change, and the workplace bullies there will never stop. There is no point in going back in there again, the paycheck is far from worth it.
There are those there who had no part in the nastiness going on there, people I like, respect, and will miss. People who's good will I enjoyed while there, but the haters are just too much for me anymore. Time to move on.
Okay. $10K a year? Are you working part-time or full-time? Because minimum wage in Florida is $7.79 an hour. That means if you are full-time, you should be making in excess of $16K.
Second, I don't like to play Blame The Victim, but help me understand why these workplace bullies took such a loathing to you. What's more, help us understand why everyone else is getting promoted and you are not. I mean, blaming it all on politics isn't sufficient explanation to me.
I had the same questions. Also a year is not a long time at all to be in a position without a raise or promotion.

This could be enough to get you fired and ineligible for UE benefits if the wrong people see it, you can ask for advice on this forum without giving out all your personal information.

Fired? I'm already done with them, UE benefits or not. I'll be okay. I thank those in the thread who offered friendly advice, the trolls, not so much.
