Lots of early risers in this thread. I've heard early risers tend to be very successful.
I'm ten times more productive in the morning than the afternoon. I "can" jump out of bed and go, but I like to have time to wake up first so that once I get to work, I'm 100% ready to go. I don't need time to have coffee and get moving.
1:45 am - wake up, make oatmeal/ eat it - lay out bread on plate for husband to make his toast and put his oj in fridge
Brush teeth - take a bath and wash hair (on hair wash days)
Do makeup and when hair in hot rollers, bible study, wake up husband
3:50 am - leave for gym
4:00 am - get to gym and work out on free weights - (no cardio in am, zero to little sweat) take quick cleanup shower, change clothes, comb out hair
5:30 am - leave for work
6:00 am - arrive at work (we have flex hours - I come in early)
2:30 - 3:00 - leave and ....grocery shop, on Wed do abs, in summer go for run
3:30 - 4:00 - arrive at home and for some reason am always studying for some required work certification
7:00 pm - go to bed
Husband has close to the same schedule
12am - Close down the joint, make sure the keys are in the safe, and forward the phones.
12:05 - Get home and take a shower.
6 - Wake up thinking that I am late for work Try to get back to sleep, but stress myself out and decide " it! What's the point?"
9-10 - Workout
11-11:30 - Watch shows on Hulu/Netflix
PM:
12-2:15- Catch a nap, but in reality I toss and turn.
2:25 - Get my lunch bag prepped and put it by the door.
2:30 - 3:10 - Get ready for work. Fortunately my company provides a uniform so that's a no-brainer on what to wear.
3:10 - 3:15 - Drive to work.
3:15 -3:23 - Waste 8 minutes searching for my badge and trying to remember my locker code.
3:30-Midnight - Wash, rinse, repeat.
In the meantime, I count how many days until my days off of Monday and Tuesday. I like my job, but days off are awesome and give me something to look forward to.
7-7:10am - Get up and press snooze, roll my eyes, curse life.
7:15am - Actually get up after partially falling back asleep.
7:15-7:30am - Brush teeth, hair if need be.
7:30-7:50am - Makeup. [Yeah, I'm a girl. ]
7:50-8:15am - Relax, read news, browse net, whatever. I don't eat breakfast, as hard as I try.
8:30am - Latest I can leave and still get to work mostly on time.
9am - Get to work.
5pm - Leave work. Eat, shower, etc.
1am/2am - Go to bed.
