No , no Christmas bonus but a fabulous Christmas party where we can win gift cards , cash etc . they have a dj set up and he plays music and games and we win prizes . Some of us just have a number drawn and if we have that number we get to get a grab bag . I won 500 dollars last year and got house stuff with it . It came in handy .

We’re eligible for up to a 15% bonus based on company (50%) and business performance (50%). The company isn’t doing well so that 50% will be zero. Our business will meet out goals so i’ll be eligible for the half. My manager may knock a point or two off if someone else on the team killed it so that person can get a little extra. I no longer kill myself working so I’m ok with that. It’s still a nice chunk of change and since I can retire anytime I want, there aren’t many of these left! These are for 2018 but not paid until April.

- No Christmas bonus.
- Currently 10% based on company, business unit performance, and individual performance (as long as you meet expectations, you’re good).
- The percentage also increases based on your group level in the company. Next promotion moves to 20%, I believe.

I received a 5% bonus this year, which was far more than I expected, and much appreciated.

Just got my end of year bonus, which was $38,500. We also get a mid year bonus but it isn't nearly that high, usually only around $10,000. We also get the entire week and a half off between Christmas Eve and the day after New Years (cause you need to be able to recover after New Years Day haha).

Do any of you guys get a christmas bonus?
I've been at the same job for 30 years now, and we've been getting bonuses now for the past 4 or 5 years, with the exception of last year when they did a big remodeling job on the headquarters.

Actually, my very first year (1988) we got bonuses, then we lost a big contract and people got laid off. Can't give out bonuses after layoffs.
