My level (highest hourly pay band) gets 10% of your salary at the BEGINNING of a new year, right around review time. Lump sum bonuses are tied to company performance, incremental raises are tied to your own performance.

Senior managers 20%
Directors 40%

All the way up to our CEO whose is 250%

Biggest bonus I've ever gotten, so I'm happy!

No Christmas/End of Year bonus here. Bonus time is in the spring. My husband's company gave out tiny end-of-year bonuses (couple hundred bucks).

It's been 14 years since I received a Christmas/End of Year bonus. On the plus side, it's only been nearly 2 years since I received a pay increase.

We get a week off between Christmas and New Years. And December is when we get our 3Q TIC checks. But no "Christmas bonus", per se.

Do any of you guys get a christmas bonus?
I’m also with a school district. I’ll come home with a few hundred dollars worth of gift cards, so that’s a bonus.

We never got a Christmas bonus, the only bonus we get is the one they give annually based on performance reviews.

We do however get a paid week off for the holidays, which encompasses Christmas and New Year's.

They also gave us some gift cards for use at a supermarket.
