What you find on a scale of 1 to 10 in these cities is that the "average" looking woman in any of these cities is about a 7 compared to an American city. But what blows your mind is the sheer quality of extremely beautiful women. In South America the mixtures of races and cultures over the centuries has created a population of women that are not only beautiful but also very diverse in terms of facial features, skin tones and body types. These women are not only beautiful they dress sexy as hell too!

I have heard Israeli women are also stunners...lots of olive skinned, dark wavy haired beauties.
I'd also have to throw in vote for Trinadad and Tobago. There are some women there that are mixed Afro-East Indian, and other mxtures that are drop dead gorgeous.
One little Gem I found while in Argentina was Tucuman. Spent one weekend there, but it was amazing. Many girls of lebanese decent. Dark hair and olive skin drives me crazy....
