I know there's no Taco Bell in Mexico, Panda Express in China, or Olive Garden in Italy, so I want to know if there are any faux American food places in foreign countries that you don't see in the US. I honestly wonder if I could call it fake because the ingredients they use are probably more real and organic than the ones here in America .
In Spain yes.
There's a chain called Foster's Hollywood with tex-mex food, this chain open one restaurant in Lisboa recently.
and another called Peggy Sue's with restaurants inspired in the american 50s.

There are three Tex-Mex places in Madrid that are pretty autherntic. Todo Mexico, El Charro and one more near La Plaza de Peru but I forgot the name of it. They are all owned by the same family and have been there for years.
I went to the Fosters' near Plaza de Quevedo but then they didn't have a tTe-mex menu it was mostly burgers and that kind of American food. Not bad but back then a little pricey.
American junk food is all over the planet. That I usually give a miss to, I'd rather have the local fare. LIke I wouldn't go all the way to Tokyo or Madrid to eat McDonalds or KFC.
I know American fast food is prevalent all over Latin American. Managua, Nicaragua had more than its share of Pizza Hut. Mexico has its share of Burger Kings. Starbucks has also expended in the region too. So, yes, a lot of places around the world have fast food and "American" cuisine.
There's a Tex-mex place in Limerick City, Ireland that's been there a very long time called Texas Steakout...don't know if it's any good though. There's also a chain of American style diners throughout the country called Eddie Rocket's.

The menus are different from one city to another (or at least between Madrid and Valencia). That was a thing that surprised me, being the same restaurant chain.
Here in Valencia, they have burguers, but it's famous also for the fajitas, nachos and quesadillas.
If you're talking about American fast food restaurants, I'd say probably the great majority of countries in the world have at least one or more of these chains by now.

I could be wrong though.
I agree to that. I know that you can find American fast food in England, China & Israel for sure.
