The major cities often thought of as rich are london, los angeles, milan, NYC, Tokyo etc. However, the rich are concetreated in 1 area. I read somewhere on this forum that someone reasoned london to be a playground for the rich all because it had one of the world's richest neighbourhoods. NYC has some of the richest neighbourhoods in the country but go to the bronx and you will see lower to mid class people. London has its bad areas too. A real playground for the rich (city) would be a city where almost everyone is rich and often the city benfits the rich.
The cities that would fall under a playground for the rich would be Dubai (they build anything and everything there), Abu Dhabi, Doha, Bahrain, Kuwait City, Monaco, Luxembourg city, Singapore and Hong Kong. These cities have HUGE elite classes and are known for their extordinary building of skyscrapers and strict laws benefiting the rich mostly

The rich buy something, and travel somewhere... And what did you accuse me of?
