Where would Sydney and Gold Coast stand if you tried to rank(e.g. 10 being the best, 0 being worst possible) these places or compare them to other party capitals?

Probably about a 7. They're pretty good but lack the huge clubbing scenes of Ibiza or something.
Berlin. It's sadly what they're known for nowadays ( I'd rather be known for something else).
In the U.S., I'd say L.A. Hong Kong in Asia.
Ibiza is NOT a city.
I thought there wasn't really any variety in Ibiza or Majorca. It was pretty much the same everywhere. But if you just want to party hard for a couple of days, they're also good places.
