I got five out of eleven too. Some of the questions are obviously "trick" questions, and it's a bogus little "test" but it was cute.
As for the video, I found it accurate though a bit over the top. For instance, it's important (I believe anyway) to pay attention to things like whether or not your hands should be in your lap - or how to place one's knife and fork on the plate to let the server know whether or not you're finished - but how to place your napkin in your lap? Nyahhhh! Who cares?

Yeah most of those things are just bogus...who cares if your hands are on your lap or on the table or whatever?
As long as you're not being uncouth (picking your nose, eating too noisily, hawking, spitting, bumping into people) or being too messy, I say be free to eat how you feel most comfortable.
Actually where your hands are does matter here. No elbows on the table and no hands on your lap.
Using a fork as a shovel is quite accepted now, so is cutting a potato with a knife.
I didn't know it wasn't accepted!!!! And I frankly don't care if it isn't!
