Twice this past June.

I passed one on US-26 between Portland and the coast. And as I was turning into Carl's Jr. in one of the newer parts of Westminster, CO.

Still waiting for them to pass my house again, as they haven't been by since I moved in.

I voted no because there are just too many off the beaten path places that it is just not worth the time and money.

This, unless your definition of "street" only includes urban areas.

But rural roads? Not anytime soon, and not unless the Google vans acquire serious 4WD capability. There are countless miles/kms of public roads/streets that are simply too rural, see too little traffic, and too rarely maintained. And think of jungle roads where "street view" would only provide endless pictures of trees... what's the point?
