Zagreb, Croatia vs Ljubljana, Slovenia?
Close one, but I’ll go with Ljubljana, Slovenia since it has a newer, more clean, & modern aestetic.
Zagreb for visit because of its older, more historical feel but I’d rather live in Ljubljana.

Astana, Kazakhstan or Baku, Azerbaijan?
Baku as its by the sea, and it does not get too cold in winter or too hot in summer. Astana gets very cold in winter.
Tough one, but I'll go with Amsterdam. Larger, Wilder, closer to European mainland & probably has a warmer climate.
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates or Doha, Qatar?
