If we mean real "abuse", the winner has to be "Fresh". It's everywhere, including on signs describing previously frozen items at grocery stores (confirmed by employees at two stores I go to).
I wonder how "fresh" the ingredients on the restaurant/fast food commercials can be when the produce at the expensive grocery stores is stamped from other countries, and poultry companies ship birds to China for processing ...
It's so abused that I interpret it as "not fermented/rotten yet" lol.
