"Department of consumer repairs "
Now that is the kind I get a real kick out of . It makes it's own kind of sense .

I am sure that these are both typos, but--in this thread--I would expect people to be more careful about their own posts, in light of the reality that they are criticizing the posts of other people.

The first one was cut and pasted from the original post.

On this thread, do not assume an "error" is intentional.

However, we are subject to Skitt's Law:

Actually, in the context of this thread I do not think most of us are posting typos. Most of the examples just document ignorance of the correct usage or spelling.

Last year, I read about a new word which defined when a mistake makes its own kind of sense. I forgot the word and have been unable to find it.

That should be unintentional!

I just discovered the Neighbor Shame website, which is devoted to photos depicting evidence of people who would probably not be desirable neighbors.
Currently on page 4 of that site is a photo of a hand-made lawn sign recommending how people should vote on a public question.
The sign states, "Vote no on Libarry".

If you hurry, that photo will still be on page 4, but even if it is now on a subsequent page, you may find other interesting sights on that site as you scroll through several pages.

Take a look at: Neighbor Shame | Page 4 of 23 | A Funny Look at Bad NeighborsNeighbor Shame | A Funny Look at Bad Neighbors | Page 4
