"I screen the hell out of the tenants and I don't rent to anyone with a pulse."

Blatant discrimination...

That's all a landlord deserves for discriminating and the cost to fumigate will be over the top!

In addition to the odor problem, I think that those tenants would become true deadbeats when it comes time to pay their rent.

Actually, the poster was bragging about how he had such good tenants --- they never complain!

I hadn't considered that type of advantage when it comes to the sort of tenants that he prefers!

Perhaps there is some sort of regional pronunciation that leads some people to pronounce "then" and "than" identically. Just as "important" and "imported" are pronounced identically by many people in the southern states, this could be a similar situation in a particular region.

Are you kidding me? I didn't know that. I'm sorry I know now.

Yes, many Southern folks pronounce "important" so that it sounds exactly like "imported".
That can make for some mighty confusing conversations.

Taken from the "comments" section of a news article on good old facebook:

"so many moms use there children as an excuse there child could be 4yrs old still saying it's "baby fat"

The 4 year old child is saying it's "baby fat," then, yes?
There/their/they're is a very difficult concept, apparently.
