I need to hang out here more often. You all appear so much more rational than the typical C-D poster. It's such a nice change of pace from the daily crazy here on the forums.

My response in that thread had to do with the fact that, while the OP is defending the honor of his favorite make of car, he is unable to spell its name correctly. Shouldn't this ardent owner of several Volkswagens realize that the nameplates on the bodies of his cars do not say "Volkswagon"?

I agree that the folks who frequent this forum are...less incendiary in nature...than the people in many of the other forums.
I once had a couple of booths at an antique mall whose clueless manager consistently termed our wares "merchendise". After receiving a letter in which he referred to my "merchendise" twice, I decided it was time to leave.
I personally love "collectables." I don't need any more tables.
