I hate "No offense, but...," a clear indication that you are about to be offended.
When I was in the Navy, I thought that the phrase (cliche) "With all do respect" meant you were off the hook, but when someone starts out the sentence "With all do respect" the other person is about to be Disrespected" my disrespect landed me in a heap of trouble with I added that cliche before my disrespectful comment. Thought it was a free pass, turned out to be a free ticket to captain's mass (nonjudicial punishment). I sugest we elimiate it from the English language.
Any sentence that begins with the word "actually." The subtle implication that the other party has been facing 180 degrees in the wrong direction is not appreciated!
"With all due respect ..." Translation: You're a freaking moron, let me try to break it down for you.
