Hi,

I am hoping you can all help me out once again. I am getting things ready to register my girls in Fort Mill Elementary school and I noticed that I have to supply SC immunization records and it directs me to the health department in Rock Hill. Anyone know what I may expect ? I have their SS cards and birth certificates as well as the records from PA.

Please tell me it will not be as bad as my trip to the DMV. Not that people were not nice it was just a zoo.

The records are pretty much the same as every other state's. If I were you, I'd request the SC form and fax it to your ped.

I lucked out that my ped already had the SC form. That's one of the only things that went smoothly on this move!

Yep, I was going to say the same thing as megassel (in fact it apparently went so smoothly that I had to think for a bit on how it worked...as it was just sooooo long ago...3 1/2 years ago)

In our case...our former doctors office in CA...faxed the info to the Dr. we have here in SC...they in turn filled out the form...and I just had to go and pick it up from the Dr's. office (and then take it on over to the school).
