A sporting goods place??? Seriously??? Lame. Just killed the whole mall for me. No offense to sport / hunting lovers. Just don't understand how that'd be a good move for PF.
It's a shame Cabella's did pick up that spot. Would've made for a nice Cabella's store (modelled hopefully after their Hamburg PA store, replete with its great indoor aquarium, and lunch counter.)

It would be smart if the new owners out of Miami develop the property to something that compliments Carowinds like something with a luxury hotel resort or a indoor Snow Park or like Broadway on The Beach.
Way to small for Cabellas. They would need the entire space the mall is on. Gander Mountain has been expanding like crazy. I dont see anything wrong with that being an anchor there if thats true.
I know someone on a County Development Group who told me about Gander Mountain and I heard it's pretty locked in.
