Medicare Insurance Sun City (Indian Land) Ft. Mills area (North: live in, bill)

[SIZE=3]Has anyone had problems finding doctors that will accept Medicare Insurance? If you have do you know why? I am thinking of obtaining part A and then the best supplemental plan I can find. It would be helpful if you would mention the vendor of plans that have or have not worked in the area. Are there any health care networks in the area that one should consider using as opposed to individual doctors? Are there problems using a SC medicare plan from South Carolina in North Carolina since plans are state regulated? [/SIZE]

I have Medicare and a Medicare Supplemental Policy with Banker's Fidelity. I have never had any problems so far. CMC doctors offices accept my coverage. We live in South Carolina and my husband has the same coverage with Medicare and Banker's Fidelity, he had surgery in Charlotte with no problems. CMC accepted both and the bill was paid.

My OB/GYN docs are not owned by any hospital and they accept my coverage. So far we haven't had any med clinic, doc or hospital not take the coverage we have. I sure hope nothing changes.
