Does anyone know anything about this s/d? I know it is located off Dobys Bridge Rd. Are there many young kids there? There is a home for sale there I might check out, but don't want to waste my time if it is not a young family kind of neighborhood. Thanks!

Just drove by it today. Looks nice but can't give you specifics on kids in there. I think they are a bit higher in price range then my neighborhood but if you are looking for kids Whitegrove had TONS !! - we are on Doby's bridge as well. Whitegrove has a wide range of prices as it started as a few seperate phases. Home can be very different in size and cost depending which are you are in.

Another few neighborhoods that you may want to look at on Doby's are McKendry and Sterling. I know McKendry has lots of kids I am not sure about the other one.

Good luck. If you find a home you want more info on just PM and I would happy to go check it out - I love looking around all the neighborhoods as we are new here and I am still getting the lay of the land.

Oxford place is an established neighborhood with larger lots. While there are young kids there they are not overflowing as in Lakeshore at Tega Cay or Baxter. I am unsure of your price range but Huntington Farms is very similiar to Oxford Place, has a handful of lots left and a just built spec house for sale with a few under contract houses in construction phase. The lowest house for sale there has been reduced by about 50k; I am thinking they are quite motivated. I am also thinking there are more younger kids out that way.

My family just moved to Oxford Place last week from Oregon. We have a 2 1/2 year old girl and a new one on the way at Christmas time. We'd love to connect with any other families in the area.
