Well, the Panthers now have a taste of the Jets...it may make them worse.

Yes Directv and Dish have been adding more HD channels recently, but BEWARE, the "HD" channels on those services are known in the industry as "HD Lite." This is because the satelite providers compress their digital streams to conserve bandwidth---which results in a fuzzier picture and frequent picture freeze-ups. Most cable systems (I'm not certain about Comporium or TW) provide the full bandwidth specified for their HD channels. I have seen cable HD and satelite HD compared in a one-on-one situation and there is no comparison. BTW, Time Warner/Charlotte recently added 5 new HD channels, which brings their total to over 20. Also, you should know that Time Warner IS AVAILABLE in the Indian Land (Lancaster Co.) portion of Fort Mill (Comporium also available in IL), providing the same service offered in Charlotte. Regarding Comporium---they provide good service, but I think it is obvious the remaining bandwidth (ability to add additonal channels, including more HD) is limited. I'd say they need to get busy and upgrade their system.....

Let's leave Vinny alone - he is a good guy, blame your FO for thinking David Carr was actually a good QB.
