We are looking into moving to Rock hill. We are very familiar with Charlotte but want something else. Can anyone tell me of a good neighborhood housing prices 200,000 - 360,000. About .5 acres of land. And sidewalks!! Can any one help out?
Thanks!!

we are actually in Fort Mill not Rock Hill but I love my neighborhood. WE have tons of tree's, lots of sidewalks and paved walking trails. Although there are 350 homes you would never know it as it seems like a small community of homes. Prices range from about $200,000 to almost $350,000. Houses are built by two builders and are about 10 years old. The best thing is all the fabulous neighbors . Our HOA dues are low because there is not a pool although many neighbors have one. We are close to Leroy Springs recreation complex as well. To see what is on the market in this neighborhood or others you can search by neighborhood on the allen tate realtors web site ( we did not use them but I like their site) Allen Tate Family of Companies .

BTW- our subdivision name is White Grove.

We have lived in Rock Hill for about 1.5 years now and love it. We live in a neighborhoodin the city. It is Rawlinson Acres II. York Road Elementary actually backs up to the neighborhood and their are paved walkways from within the neighborhood to the school so we can walk to school. The middle and high schools are also right acorss the street. It is a great area. Older neighborhood with lots of mature trees and it is very quiet. There are a few homes for sale in the neighborhood now that are in your price range. A search of allen tate will show you most the homes. I know of at least one that is For Sale by Owner so that will not be on there.

Ok, I've looked at both of the suggested suddivisions and both look great....but can't seem to find what I'm looking for as far as land. We want a least a half an acre for our children to play in. We have two boys ages 4.5, and 3 and a 13 month old girl. The boys need land to run run run!!
Any subs out there like the ones mentioned but with .5 or more acres??
Thanks again to all those who have posted!

Wow thats home looks really nice! It's huge. Thanks for sharing with me.
I can see now there is alot to choose from. Housing prices are great in the south we are from CT and a house like that would easily be $600,000.(maybe more)
