Baxter Village Townhomes (Fort Mill: purchase, closing, closing costs)

Hi,

My wife and I just purchased a new townhome in baxter village (Pulte) that should close around the end of April. Just curious if anyone on this site either owns or rents one. How are the townhomes (ie quality, location, amenities, noice, etc)? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Who did you purchase your townhome thru? My husband and I are interested in doing so this spring. THank you for your help.

We bought it through the builder. They are still on-site. You can ask for Lisa or Heather. Go to pulte.com and look up the site under south carolina. They are offering some good incentives including paid closing costs and money off the townhome. Let me know if you need any other info.

He did a drive by through Baxter and said it was amazing. It reminded him a lot of Disney World....Main Street USA. I am heading down the beginning of April for a job interview so I will be stopping by definitely.
