Just wanted you to know that we were very disappointed with service from Henson's Mulch and More, located on Old Lancaster Highway. My husband took off work Friday because we ordered a load of topsoil that Henson's was supposed to deliver. My husband was preparing the yard, and we wanted to get the topsoil in place and the seed down so we could water it Saturday - our assigned watering day. (New house, trying to plant some grass.) They were supposed to be here at 5 PM. At 4:40 PM, they called with a story about "being stuck in traffic and having problems with the clutch...they really couldn't make it until Tuesday." We Will NOT Do Business With These Guys Again!
thats sad how can you base your comment so bad on them have you not ever had car trouble? if not one day you will and maybe cant make it somewhere your suspose to be and you know you cant help it i think its sad and you owe them a im sorry this will not keep me from getting mulch and topsoil from them, we ll pray for you s
