Google Heritage Roses for roses, can' remember the exact link. Also, High Country Gardens -mostly xeric plants but a good selection of plants for anywhere. I've used both for years.
I have had really good luck with Ecolage and usually look at them first.
The bigger ones such as Spring Hill have been mixed - some good plants, some not so much. But they were good about replacing them.
I have also bought from other smaller ones I saw on davesgarden.com, which is a general plant/garden web site. The sellers that they link to are rated by the members, so the feedback is usually current and from real people.
