Family Trust is a good size and was highly recommended to me when I moved here. My sister got a car loan from then and for being young, it was a very good rate.
Family Trust has been voted the best CU in York County for the last couple of years. I have had a membership with them for a very long time, and any time I have a issue with my account they correct it immediately.
I would highly recommend 1st patriots federal credit union (in the fort mill, sc area) and family trust federal credit union (if you are nearest rock hill, sc) - My husband and I are members of both credit unions - excellent banks, friendly customer service, variety of different products and financial programs that are designed to suit your needs.

Founders told me that I couldn't join based on my addess...which is in the City of York...How dumb is that!
Credit Unions are limited by federal law as to whom can join. I'm sure Founders would have loved to have you, but they could not legally sign you up. The law was passed maybe 25 years or so ago because the banks were losing too many customers.
Founders offers the best customer service anywhere...
