Take a seat surrounded by hungover college students, families with little kids, and workers getting ready for a day in the desert heat. The family-run cafe is constantly packed. Its omelets, fresh-baked muffins (peach and blueberry are the best), chorizo-packed breakfast burritos, and biscuits and gravy are among the tops in town. The Percy Omelet is a favorite for big appetites. It’s like an Italian sausage and peppers dish in an omelet. The Eggs Maximilian is enormous and worth stuffing yourself with; it’s eggs, veggies, salsa, potatoes, cheese, and green chilies whipped up on a fresh tortilla.
