Description: This historic 1898 dining hall has been serving summer visitors for more than 100 years in beautiful Chautauqua Park. Since 1997 the restaurant has featured the Rocky Mountain cooking of acclaimed chef Bradford Heap. The interior dining room was beautifully renovated in 1999. The vistas from the wraparound porch are breathtaking, and the overall experience has earned this gem “Best Outside Dining” awards. Fresh soups, salads made with organic Boulder County greens, lamb, griddle-seared ahi tuna, pan-roasted venison, fresh vegetables from local organic farmers, and dry-aged New York steak are just a few of the offerings.
