Description: Hands down, Daily Camera readers favor Nick-N-Willy’s pizza to anything else around. You can buy pizza by the slice and eat it in the store, or call ahead and, 20 minutes later, pick up a whole pizza to take home and bake in your oven. It all started when a friend of Keith McQuillen and Terry Jones opened a great pizza store in California. Keith and Terry found the take-and-bake pizza so delicious, they brought the idea to Boulder. Over the years, different pizzas and toppings have been added, and Nick-N-Willy’s has expanded into a dozen different Colorado locations. The Aegean vegetarian pizza is one of the most popular, with olive oil, Feta, mozzarella, garlic, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and oregano. There’s a big cooler with soft drinks and pre-made salads if you need something to complement your pie. Nick-N-Willy’s is open daily for lunch and dinner.
