Stars, located in north downtown, caters to a similar crowd. ArtSports is focused on tumbling and trampoline and boasts “the world’s largest trampoline gymnastics center” with 32 tramps. Description: Coloradoans love hockey. So it’s probably no surprise that the most organized youth sport in the region is ice hockey, with one-stop shopping at Colorado Springs Amateur Hockey Association (CSAHA). From mini-mites to the AAA Pikes Peak Miners team, CSAHA offers it all. The group’s goal is for every child, girl or boy, to receive great coaching, advanced training methods, and lots of ice time, and in general they score in this effort. From house leagues to travel programs, CSAHA reaches every hockey kid at any level. The website is an easy place to follow practice and game times at all the local rinks, and sports shops often work with CSAHA for equipment discounts. And with a no-checking policy for recreational players, the only hard hit is that inevitable 5 a.m. ice time.

45. Fargo’S Pizza Company

City: Colorado Springs, CO
Category: Tours & Attractions
Telephone: (719) 473-5540
Address: 2910 E. Platte Ave.

Description: Opened in 1973, this looks like a Victorian establishment in Little Italy. Confused? Don’t be. It’s a fun mix of time, culture, and food that now serves as a great place to hold a team after-season party, a big family get together, or a festive night out for a small family. The building is two stories and 14,000 square feet. So although it can feel a little cavernous, it also can hold a lot of groups at once. The food is passable, but that’s not why people come here. Think themed restaurant in Fantasyland and you get the picture. There’s plenty of parking out front.
