Description: The London Bridge is a welcome addition to the Downtown dining and drinking scene. Opened in 2002 in the heart of Jacksonville’s business district, the London Bridge pub is a favorite after-work haunt of the city’s young professionals. The restaurant serves classic British pub food such as bangers and mash, fish-and-chips, cottage pie, and Scottish eggs, and the beer list includes over 50 varieties. London Bridge serves lunch and dinner daily and hosts live music every Monday, Friday, and Saturday. Every second and fourth Wednesday nights are karaoke nights; Thursday is Open Mic night. Open Monday through Saturday at 10 a.m. Lunch is served until 2 p.m. Dinner service starts at 5 p.m. The bar closes when the crowd thins, usually sometime between 9 p.m. and 2 a.m. London Bridge is only open on Sunday when the Jags are playing a home game.
