Description: Chef Eric Neri welcomes you to the area’s only Chef’s Table, accessible to the kitchen area of the Maritana Grille. Watch as Chef Neri prepares a New American cuisine five-course tasting meal accented with Floribean touches selected just for you. Will the chef choose the Marmalade Roasted Gulf Red Snapper or the Porcini Rubbed Bone-in Ribeye—or something not on the menu at all, but equally delectable and prepared for you alone? Or perhaps you’ll choose to enjoy the aquatic atmosphere of the Maritana’s dining room. Remember hearing the Hans Christian Andersen version of The Little Mermaid and wishing you could dine in a mermaid palace? The Maritana Grille must have heard your heart. Come, dine among aquariums full of exotic fish darting amid sea grasses and coral.The Maritana Grille opens at 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. It closes at 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, at 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and at 10 p.m. Sunday. Reservations are recommended and may be made online or by calling the number listed above. Jackets are not required, but jeans, shorts, and T-shirts are not allowed. The Chef’s Table experience requires at least 48 hours advance notice and accommodates groups of from two to eight people.
