Seniors can sign up for programs in computers, dance, art, foreign language, and fitness, and go on trips, play bridge, find a job, volunteer, and take educational seminars. The centers also can arrange for nutritious low-cost meals to be delivered daily, for visits to the homebound elderly, and for assistance in caring for grandchildren.
