One recent addition, The Boardwalk, with its centerpiece 54,000-gallon East Coast Waterworks, is a combination of slides, interactive water toys, ropes, and bridges; surf-­simulating Waverider and Coastline Plunge, which sends you plummeting down one of four watery chutes from 50 feet above the ground; and an Aquatheatre where Atlantic bottle-­nosed dolphins and California sea lions put on a splashy spectacular. Description: You can’t actually tour the Hershey factory, but you can learn about the chocolate-­making process on a free, fun-­filled ride narrated by a comely trio of crooning cows and their bull buddy, Hef. The Hershey Company’s Official Visitor Center and a store that’s stocked to overflowing with confectionery creations are conveniently located in the same building. Open 7 days a week year-­round.
