Description: Listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest 1-day chicken barbecue, this event is always held on the third Saturday of May. Every year since 1953, the Sertoma Club of Lancaster has cooked and sold an average of more than 30,000 complete chicken dinners on barbecue pits set up in the park.
