Description: San Antonio’s newest luxury resort offers golfers an upscale golfing experience amid Hill Country scenery. Guests of the resort have privileges at the adjacent TPC San Antonio private golfing facility featuring 2 courses, both tournament venues. The 18-hole, par 72 AT&T Canyons course, designed by Pete Dye, is a rugged, challenging course dominated by dramatic elevation changes and overlooks a 750-acre nature preserve. The course measures 7,545 yards. The companion course, AT&T Oaks, was designed by Greg Norman and is the new home of the PGA Valero Texas Open. The 7,435 yards, par 72 course displays traditional design balancing narrow, tree-­lined fairways with wider fairways offering multiple routes and strategic options to the greens. The Oaks course is an intimate design with narrow corridors carved through oak trees with only 100 feet of fall from the highest point of the course to the lowest, making it walker-­friendly. The TPC clubhouse offers private locker rooms, a full-­service golf shop, and the upscale Members” Grill. Fees for JW Marriott guests are $70 for 18 holes and $30 for 9 holes.
