Description: The Saint is primarily a tequila bar—in fact, it calls itself “tequila salvation.” The teal matador-themed watering hole elevates tequila to the elegant status of a martini, with 85 top-notch agaves going into drinks along with fresh-squeezed juices and their own house-made syrups and infusions. The El Santo is the most popular drink, a made-from-scratch margarita that will ruin mixes forever for all who taste it. But this is the place to try a tequila cocktail besides a margarita—how about the Angelflower, with fresh mint, blue agave syrup, and cucumber; or the Campanilla, which they warn is not for the faint of heart, made with house-ground Arbol pepper, lime, and sugar. The Saint also serves tequila flights, and a few other drinks made with gin, bourbon, and rum are available. A full brunch and dinner menu of Mexican classics complete the offerings.
